On Thursday, 05 May 2016, the Maccabi Junior Football Team got the opportunity to meet Dean Furman, Captain of Supersport United FC and current Bafana Bafana Captain, at King David’s Linksfield.
Dean Furman came through to give the boys a motivational chat on the life of a professional footballer and what it takes to become a professional player of his nature. He also gave a training session demonstration for the players.

The motivational talk was a part of the leadership program which Maccabi has introduced towards helping the players develop not only as players but as leaders.

The boys thoroughly enjoyed the discussion and it was an experience the players will never forget.
