FZ CEO, Ashley Kotzin was recently invited to speak at the 2012 African Football Executive Confex which was held in Johannesburg.
The two day conference brought together many different football role players from across the continent. Kotzin’s topic was football youth development in Africa. The topic focused on how FZ has over the past 10 years developed some of South Africa’s best young talent. Academy set up, management
and general youth development principles were explained and discussed.
His talk was well received and many African countries have approached FZ for academy consulting services.
