The last week of June saw the Inaugural Game Changer Programme held at the Forum Campus in Bryanston.

The Business of Sport – Game Changer Programme was by invitation only and was attended by top executives from various sporting codes in South Africa, as well as Corporate Executives from SuperSport International.

Award-winning teacher and scholar, Professor Anita Elberse, conducted the programme based on her Harvard Programme “The Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports”. Her Programme is one of the most sought-after courses offered at the school, being attended by well-known personalities such as Gerard Pique and Katie Holmes.

The Programme explored three case studies, developed by Professor Elberse, aimed at getting an understanding of what drives the success of products in the entertainment, media and sports industries.

The SuperSport-sponsored programme was a first in South Africa and allowed the networking of key sporting individuals to explore international case studies while bringing in their experiences, learnings and challenges in 2 days of learning and sharing.
