On the 19th of  August 2017 KNVB Head of international development, Johan Van Geijn and Johan Neeskens (Dutch football manager and former midfielder, recently included in the FourFourTwo list of the 100 all-time greatest players and KNVB World coaches instructor) joined  SAFA President Dr Danny Jordaan, SAFA CEO Dennis Mumble, Deputy Minister of Sport and Recreation Mr Gert Oosthuizen and Minister of Sports and Recreation SA, Hon Thulas Nxesi at the SAFA house.

Johan and Mr Neeskens are current in South Africa hosting a joint SAFA D-License and KNVB Worldcoaches workshop held in Randburg. South African Football Association (SAFA) and the KNVB continue to work together to develop and further South African coaches football portfolios
