This week saw the MultiChoice Diski Challenge Coaches come together for the MultiChoice Diski Challenge Coaches Workshop.
A MultiChoice initiative, supported by the PSL, the workshop took place at MultiChoice’s new state-of-the-art Head Office, MultiCity, on Monday and Tuesday and saw all the teams participating in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge represented.
The workshop was opened with a welcome by Mr Imtiaz Patel, CEO Video Entertainment, Naspers Group, and PSL Chairman, Dr Irvin Khoza.
The workshop included International and local speakers and covered a range of topics: “The Coach as a Leader”, Managing the Media, Career Development, Technical Development & Productivity and Planning.

Tracey Foulkes & Kirstie Sprowston – experts in the field of productivity
Ashley Kotzin – leader of one of South Africa’s most prominent Football Management companies
The aim of the workshop was to provide insight to on all points that make a successful coach and to give the coaches a platform to interact and share knowledge which will continue beyond the workshop.
The workshop was closed by Graham Abrahams of SuperSport International.
