2026 has started on a powerful note as Nice Guys Management continues its self-defense programme in Alexandra.

Founders Dino Bagattin and Hekkie Budler remain committed to empowering young girls by teaching them practical self-defense techniques, while also helping them build confidence, resilience, and discipline.

Beyond self-defense, the programme encourages structure and responsibility, as learners are expected to arrive on time for every session. This focus on punctuality and commitment helps instill discipline that extends beyond the training environment and into their everyday lives.

The programme will continue throughout February, with different groups of girls attending each session to ensure that as many learners as possible are given the opportunity to participate.
