Another successful workshop with Betway Ghana as part of the leadership program for the Ghanaian Women’s Premier League (WGPL).

This time, the workshop was split into two. The first focus was on digital asset management and the impact of social media on the modern footballer, whether self-managed or agent-managed, led by Serena Naidoo of Orlando Pirates FC.

The second focus was on the different spheres of performance management and the best plan to implement into a football club environment, delivered by the current assistant coach of the South African Women’s National team, Banyana Banyana.
