Michael Costa, Senior Project Manager at Forwardzone Sports Agency, is currently at FC Porto in Portugal attending the first international course in First Team Management. The course focuses on the administrative and logistical elements that go into running a professional football team.

In addition to attending the programme, Michael will also have the opportunity to visit several professional teams within the Primeira Liga over the three weeks to gain an understanding of how Europe’s elite football clubs are managed.
