Castle Lager has appointed FZ to run and manage the Castle Lager SuperStars XI Programme. FZ will facilitate scout selection, training, talent Identification and recruitment in order to select the key people who will ultimately decide on the Elite Team for the Training Camp.
The Camp will run for 2 weeks from the 7th – 20th of January. The 1st week will be held at the Stellenbosch Sports Academy and the last week will be held at the High Performance Centre in Pretoria. The Training Camp is designed to deliver the top players while focusing on physical, technical and tactical aspects as well as match play and personal development.
Phase 1 of the Programme has already begun and the top 9 Scouts have been chosen to be part of the Programme. Their training will begin on the 22nd of September at the SAB Training Institute in Kyalami, Johannesburg and will run until the 24th of September.
Scouts will then travel to the 9 Provinces during November and December in search for the top talent.
