Global Sports Management Specialist agency, Forwardzone, has launched their new content format, “ONES TO WATCH”, starting with South African footballer Jayden Adams. The pilot provides insight into the young man, his talent, his upbringing, and where he stands in his career today.
As one of South Africa’s current football sensations at only 23 years old, Stellenbosch FC player Adams continues to make waves in the PSL and earned his first call-up to the national team as part of the 3rd-placed AFCON squad. His story is one that many South Africans can relate to, born in humble beginnings and dreaming of playing for his favourite football team.
Adams reveals that a video call to his loved ones is part of his pre-match routine. “I think that’s a challenge for a young player like me, being away from my family a lot, especially my daughter. I want to reach the highest level, so you need to do these things.”
“When it’s a big game for me, I just tell myself, ‘You just go out there and do your best, do everything you can and the game will take it from there.’”
The Idas Valley, Stellenbosch native, has worked hard to build on his professional career, having shown talent from a very early age.
“I remember meeting Jayden when he was 11 or 12 years old when he was still playing with Ajax Cape Town, and he was an incredibly talented kid,” says Forwardzone Group CEO Ashley Kotzin.
“Jayden has a really strong mentality to want to win, a technical ability where he can do things other players can’t and possesses the kind of talent that’s certainly good enough for the European stages,” says Kotzin.
As Jayden Adams’ journey unfolds, it inspires aspiring footballers everywhere. Forwardzone’s commitment to showcasing emerging talent like Jayden highlights their dedication to the future of the sport. With his determination, skill, and unwavering support from Forwardzone, Jayden is poised to make a significant impact on the sport. Don’t miss “ONES TO WATCH – Jayden Adams”, a testament to talent, resilience, and the power of dreams.
