The Kappa Gives Back Campaign took place over four days in four different locations namely Alexandra, Diepsloot, Soweto and Kempton Park from the 2nd – 5th of August 2022.

As part of the campaign, Kappa South Africa donated equipment to one team in each of the four locations including kits, shin pads, track tops, soccer balls, soccer boots and bibs. As part of the handover, Banyana Banyana Captain, Janine Van Wyk gave a talk to motivate and encourage the young teams as well as ran coaching clinics giving them a few tactics on tackling the game of football.

Forwardzone is proud to have been a part of this empowering campaign that invests in young talent and the future of football at grassroots levels. Social responsibility plays a key role in Forwardzone’s mission- and we believe that developing a love of the game amongst our youth contributes to healthy lifestyles and well-rounded education. It is also through these actions that we help develop the country’s football industry, nurture our youth and ultimately shape the future of football.
