The McDonald’s U/14 Schools league Eastern Cape Playoffs took place on 20 July 2013 at the Rotary Stadium in Mthatha.

7 schools participated with 11 matches played, and the successful day concluding with an exciting final between Manguzela J.S.S from the Alfred Ndzo region and Vulamazibuko P.S from the Joe Gqabi region. The teams drew 1-1 with Vulamazibuko P.S heading to the finals in Gauteng in September 2013 after winning on 3-2 penalties.
