Over the past 9 weeks, in conjunction with the McDonald’s U/14 Schools Provincial Tournaments, Forwardzone has been running 1 day coaching Workshops facilitated by the KNVB (Dutch Football Federation)
The Workshops have taken place in each of the 9 provinces forming part of a program to better educate and empower teachers with skills and knowledge to become better soccer coaches as well as being able to instil various life skills to their students. The project has reached 242 educators in 2015, and 225 Coaches in 2014. A Number of the coaches on these courses were also invited to attend further 5 day Workshops held by various institutions based on their enthusiastic participation and huge potential shown in these 1 day Workshops
